Located along the busy Liverpool Street of Sydney CDB, Zouk Architects has been commissioned to design the interior fit out for the 2nd flagship store of the eatery establishment in Sydney. The sushi train has been adopted as the central design feature of the restaurant with its multiple tubular lighting suspended over the bar seating. A dividing vertical timber screen provides a cozy enclosure to the sunken seating lounge and a private tatami room. An extensive use of high quality timber veneer and polished stones were used throughout the restaurant with complimentary furnishing. The establishment trademark green were also employed as part of the finishes palette to highlight its identity as one of Sydney's popular eatery.
