The common and private areas of this particular dwelling are separated into 2 distinctive quarters. The private quarters consists of bedrooms, bathrooms & other services area planned along the southern aspect of the property. This enables the common quarter, such as living, family and dining to be grouped and orientated towards the northern aspect, thus, creating a more transparent and open plan layout.
On the ground level, this “living pavilion” is further extended towards the outdoor via large under covered terraces to a side courtyard fitted with swimming pool & a landscaped front yard.
