STACK HOUSE
Stack House has been given due to its distinctive stacking feature of the built forms. The base of dwelling has been designed with “heavy” element such as sandstone walls and rendered masonry walls to reinforce its presence and blend into the immediate surrounding on ground level.
This box like base is contrasted with the darker tone on the upper level, which has been stepped back symmetrically in respect to its adjoining properties. The two distinctive forms are united with a vertical garden wall which also serves as a privacy screen to its secluded deck area on top floor.
